Travel Planning

Travel Planning: Mental Health Therapy Practices and Legal Aspects

The presentation will provide information on the ways in which travelers can increase their intentionality regarding travel plans. This, in turn, could decrease the amount of stress related to the action of travel itself. During these unprecedented times, traveling amid the Coronavirus pandemic can increase anxiety levels for all age groups and life stages. As a result, those who learn to plan how to maximize their traveling adventures will benefit not only experientially but psychologically as well. One of the benefactors of being intentional when preparing for travel is that it can reduce travel complaints and the possibility of unnecessary legal repercussions, such as in the recent occurrences of air rage incidences. This presentation will provide insight not only for the traveler but for the travel attorney as well, in an effort to offer a means of improving the experiences within the travel industry by implementing mental health practices.
